Education Qualification:
- Assistant Manager (General): Master’s Degree in any discipline or LLB or Engineering Degree or ACA/ FCA/ACS/ FCS/CFA.
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): Degree in any discipline and ACA/ FCA from ICAI or ACS/ FCS from ICSI or ACMA/ FCMA from ICMAI (erstwhile AICWA/ FICWA from ICWAI) or CFA from CFA Institute.
- Assistant Manager (IT): Degree in Electrical / Electronics & Communication / IT / Computer Science Engineering or MCA or any discipline or Post Graduate (Computer/IT) and 02 years experience
- Assistant Manager (Research-Economics): Master degree in Statistics / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) / Econometrics.
- Assistant Manager (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Assistant Manager Official Language (Rajibhasha): Master's Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor's Degree level or Master's Degree in Sanskrit/English/ Economics/ Commerce
with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor's Degree level from a recognized University/ Institute

Selection Process: Online Examination and Interview
